The Virginia Non-resident Permit is available to all qualified citizens in all 50 States and allows you to carry concealed in the following States:

  30. Wisconsin*

Virginia resident permits are honored in all of the states listed above PLUS the list of states below:

* For residents of these States, a permit from your state of residency may also be required to conceal carry in your home state. Without your home state permit you can still legally conceal carry in the other states listed.
